There are many things can prevent exchange shield from starting

  • I wrote something about this issue in my personal blog:

  • Check the service exchange services also if this mail flow in this exchange, by another meaning if he can send and receive emails in this exchange.

  • check also if this file exist “C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast Business\AsEx.dll”

  • Always with exchange I deploy “File System shield, Exchange shield, Antispam” only with out problem.
