Voulant installer Avast One Free, en remplacement provisoire d’Avast Security, avant achat éventuel d’Avast One Gold, je rencontre le message d’erreur : Error code 44001.

Windows 7 à jour. Ram 8 Go 146 Go dispo sur le disque.
Did you uninstall the other Avast Antivirus product before attempting to install Avast One?
Use the avastclear.exe uninstaller which you can download here: Avast Removal Tool | Download Avast Clear | Avast

Avast Cleaner didn’t work. I still had the same error message. I decided to uninstall manually; Using: CCleaner to clean the registry. MSConfig to disable all Avast programs at startup. Avast One was finally able to install and seems to be functioning normally. Thank you again for your help, even if it was only partially effective.
