Bonjour,

Lorsque j’essais d’installer le programme AVAST sur PC portable (Windows 10), après téléchargement et lancement de l’application (Fichier: .exe), il y a une petite période de chargement/téléchargement puis l’application m’affiche :

Bonjour Lucie L.,

En ces temps de confinement, les réseaux internet sont souvent saturés. En outre, ce lundi, Avast vient de publier une nouvelle version de son antivirus.

Je vous suggère de refaire votre installation d’Avast Premium à partir de la version “offline”. Vous trouverez les indications dans la “Boîte à Outils Avast”.

Dans les fichiers que vous avez transmis, plusieurs lignes (importantes) disent : “Couldn’t connect to server”, autrement dit “Impossibilité de se connecter au serveur” (d’Avast, bien sûr).

N’hésitez pas à revenir ici en cas de difficulté…

J’ai eu le même problème sous Windows 7 mais, apparemment le processus d’installation s’est poursuivi et Avast semble fonctionner normalement.

J’ai également eu une erreur à l’installation.

Je n’étais pas connecté avec mon compte admin. Je ne me rappelle pas que ce soit une obligation.

Je me suis connecté avec mon compte admin, AVAST m’a demandé de redémarrer le PC. Tout semble ok après.

oui , le ou les redémarrages (il en faut parfois 2)
De plus avec avast il faut que ce soit un redémarrage et non un arrêt puis un démarrage.
