Tenho instalado em meu pc o (avast 4.8 profissional) e quando tento desinstalar dá o o erro:
O sub-sistema AAVM detectou o erro RPC,
Por favor já tentei de tudo e não conseguir desativar, alguém pode me dá um help?
OBS: Na bolinha do avast consta um traço vermelho e o mesmo não está ativado em meu sistema. Quando tento baixar o avast free para instalar ele pede que eu desinsta-le o antigo virus antigo, daí quando eu tento baixar o desistalador do avast aparece o seguinte erro:
“The avast! self protection module is enable. For this reason, the operation cannot be completed.”
To complete the operation, eitherrun this program from Windows safe mode, or disable the avast! self protection (via Settings - Troubleshooting page)
Não consigo nem baixar o apalicativo AswClear.exe para executá-lo em modo de segurança do windows, dar o seguinte erro:
