Hi,
Can you give us further more information about this error as in whether you are getting the “ERROR 101” only when you launch Google Chrome or is it with all or few browsers? Also check for internet connectivity using Internet Explorer. Would request you to try the internet connection after disabling the windows defender (Start - Search - windows defender) and ensure there are no other anti-virus software installed on your PC. Please revert if this helps to fix else we can research furthermore and get you the solution.
