error 1203 when trying to remote install

I am trying to deploy a package to one of my client machines and I am getting this error:

What OS is on the “WRK-ZP1” machine? And isn’t it firewalled?

It is running Windows XP 32bit
Windows firewall is now OFF

I am now getting an error :

Error 1326 means “Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.”…

BTW you can keep the firewall ON - you only need to tick the “File and Printer Sharing” box in the list of its Exceptions… (Windows Firewall config → Exceptions page).
