Error 1385 when pushing client to Win7 PC

Following error is the result of attempting to push a client install to a Win7 PC, using a domain administrator credential. Firewall is off, UAC is off, file sharing and network discovery are on. What am I missing?

Assignment, right-click on Access this computer from the
network>Properties>Add Users or Groups, add everyone or any users you
want to be able to access the computer from the network. "
