Error 1603 seen in Reliability Monitor

Hi.
I’ve seen a number of posts regarding this persistent 1603 error.
Whilst it does not appear to be causing any problems, it would be nice to know if it’s a real error that I need to address or a bug in Avast? Rgds, Stuart
