Error: Access Denied(5) - I am stuck with this result.

For my most recent full scan log results, I got this message for one file>>> Error: Access Denied(5).

While other threats were moved to the chest successfully, this particular file cannot be moved, in fact no action I try will succeed and the reboot scan did not address it at all.

File name c/WINDOWS/assembly/…desktop(3).ini

threat level: high

status: Threat: win32:Malware-gen

I have no idea what to do ?

Does anyone know ?

It doesn’t specifically address my issue which is simply related to just one threat, it seems that link has to do with more general malware issues. I was hoping to simply find out how to deal with my one issue -

I cannot post logs there but in my previous post here I wrote out the threat info the full line of info related to it. There are no other problems so it wouldn’t make sense to post the entire log here.

I’m confused - I hope someone can give more advice,

follow the link razoreqx gave you
run a quick scan with the first tool listed there. Malwarebytes

if anything is found, click the “remove selected” button to quarantine the bug

post the scan log here…
