I just ran a full system scan and it came up with 22 “Threat: Rootkit hidden file” all on High severity, when I did the system restart and avast booted back up they were still there and the error message “Error: Access is denied (5)” popped up next to the files when under deletion, the error message changes to “Error: The request is not supported (50)” when I switch it to move to chest. Right now I’m running another scan put everything seems to be going fine, I’ll keep this up to date if anyone can help me, thanks!
Edit: After running another scan it shows that there are no threats, could it have just been a false positive?
