Hi,

I downloaded Avast Free (Offline Installer) twice from http://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_free_antivirus_setup_offline.exe. I cannot installed it to Win10 and WinXPSP3 with same notification in my attachment. I have an old Avast Offline Installer file, it can be installed successfully.

Can you help me to fix it?

check disk for errors then run a file system checker sfc/scannow
