For the last couple days any time I try to sign into Avast Password Manager for windows through my Mozilla Firefox add-on, I get (Error code: -500) and am unable to sign in. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Quick question that needs asking as weve seen loads still trying to use the old password manager which is end of life in February so no longer works.
Did you update to the online password manager.
No idea whats causing that as i have same setup with firefox addon.
Just tried and logged in fine for me.
Hopefully someone else will have an idea whats going on and be able to advise further.
Before this error occurred I had updated to the online password manager.
That said, it’s working fine now with no change on my part.
Strange, but as long as its working now thats what counts.
This error code is = “Server error responses ( 500 – 599 )” so it may have been a problem connecting to the server. Though I don’t use the Avast Password Manage I would have thought passwords would be encrypted and stored locally.
I just wonder if it was as you said unable to sign in to Avast Password Manager, so failed and returned the code.
