Error code 800-46300

After working fine with MS Outlook for months, I have started getting this error code from Avast 4.7.942 and a message it is unable to scan eamil body with every email.

What does it mean and how do I fix it?

Can you give us more info?

  • Which OS are you using? Is it up to date?
  • What avast! version and VPS file (virus database) number?
  • Which actions have you taken to try solving the problem?
  • Do you use a firewall? Which one?
  • Do you have any other antivirus installed in your system? Did you have in the past?
  • Any other security programs that could interfere?
