Error During Actualisating

Good Afternoon Gentlemen,

I have Slight Problem with Avast Virusscaner, Everytime I start My Computer, Windows is loading, and afterwards I get an error from Avast, in a red box it says:

“Er is een fout opgetreden tijdens het Actualiseren!”

In English it would be (Ithink, because it’s not my best Tongue):
“An Error Applied during Actualisating”

Anyhow, This “error” is working on my Nerves (Correct spelling?), And I have a feeling that this meas Avast isn’t working, Which means I can get a Virus very soon!

Can someone tell me how to Fix this problem? Any Reply would be Very Grateful!

You can try to repair avast.
Go to Add/Remove programs, click on avast & then choose the “repair” option.

Edit: You will need to be connected on the internet.

Hey Spyros,

When I try to Repair Avast through Add/Remove Programs, and I I’m “installing it” I get messages, like:

“Error: Cannot connect to the Server” And MY internet Connection is on…

Oh, and thanks in advance and for now on, for the help.

See if your firewall is preventing it (Allow avast to connect).

I checked The Firewall, and saw that someone turned t off and threw it away, there was the problem… Now Avast has been fixed, I was a fool for not thinking that my Firewall was Behind this, Thanks a lot for The help!
