  1. SFS already disabled
  2. Firewall already disabled
  3. followed all instruction still have problems.

Pushing to machine is no problem but remote setup is a problem.

Please advice.

Regards
Edward

I had a similar message in the log file of one of the machines I was pushing the client to. we discover way more machines than we are licensed for, so I deleted all discovered machines, except that particular one, after a few minutes, the machine showed normal in the console.

Not sure if it’ll help but you may try that if you are discovering more machines than you are licensed for.

Hi Dvanbuskirk,

Thank you for your reply.

We are just testing on single machine. Infact we did not use the discovery to catalogue the workstations.
And we do have enough licenses for all the machines.

Could it be that ‘remote user’ on workstation machine be checked for remotely installation?

Still puzzle over it. And still no answer from avast support team.

Hello,
see also the log file ‘Management Tools\DATA\log\HR_PREMA-PC1.log’

Hi vojtech,

I did not see any HR_PREMA-pc1.log file.

Anyway, I have tried again on a single machine and deployment was deployed correctly.
It seems to be problems with user rights settings. ;D

I will to reconnect network and try deploying to other machines.

Thanks
Edward
