Avast friends, for about three months a client of us who bought avast is having problems with the administrative console, the problem is that every so often the services console to stop unexpectedly, leaving customers to upgrade when the manager realizes he spent a week or two until a month customers will not be upgraded because they never realize the fall of the services of the console because it happens unexpectedly. Due to your information summary, you may check on your windows system services with type "services.msc"on RUN field.
After that you will found some avast services in there, and see what is the service is not running yet.
