I’ve an error message when I try to have a iAVS upgrade:
“The proxy needs authentication”.
Does it depend on my protected connession? Anyway, I don’t now what to do!!! 
Can someone help me?
Do you use a Proxy to connect to the internet ?
e.g. does your ISP (which is ?) have you connect through a proxy.
What are your Proxy Settings in the avast program Settings, Update (Connections), see image.

I had to specify the features of my proxy server and my username and password to use it: only I didn’t know from where!
Now it’s ok!
