I have been getting this error when I click in statistics.
I already tried to uninstall with the uninstaller tool but still the same thing.
I obviously can’t read the error message, so I don’t know exactly what the error relates to. Do you have Adobe Flash Player installed as that is required to see the graphical stats, see image ?
Reinstalling avast won’t change that if you don’t have flash installed or flash is actually broken. So it may be best to uninstall and reinstall adobe flash player if you have that installed.
what is written in the message is exactly this Error loading librarys/DLL of types. I will try installing the flash again.
seems that you are right the problem was from flash, by the way i need to instal the flash player for the IE right? because that is the flash player that avast uses right?
Yes, it is the standard Flash Player (either IE or the Firefox installation installs the main flash player and their respective interface) that avast utilises if you have it installed, it isn’t specifically loaded by avast.
