An an error ocurrs while activating Avast Internet Security
with my activation key on my new harddisc
for the 4th. time.
The problem is that I will re-install the operating system again in the
upcoming months due to test different software configurations.
PC and harddisc stay always the same.
The request for sending me my licence key again will result in
the error: “unkown email adress”
although I have bought my licence via that specified email adress.
How can I fix that problem.
