Error message while self extracting program

Hello,
I cannot load the home version. I keep getting an error message "An error 82 (00000052) has occured. Last performed operation was: extracting main exe.

I attached the error message in jpg form.

Any help would be apprecitated.

Check your temp file directory.
This errorcode translates to The directory or file cannot be created.

This most likely means that the temp directory cannot be accessed properly.
