Error message

I recently started getting the following error message in the log file:-

29/12/2005 06:15:20 NETWORK SERVICE 1516 AAVM - scanning error: x_AavmCheckFileDirectEx: avfilesScanReal of C:\WINDOWS\system32\mapi32x.dll failed, 00000005.

My system was infected with an email spam, that I managed to clear on the 22nd December but the error message has happened since then.

Any advice appreciated please.

mapi32x.dll is NOT a legitimate windows file. Seems it is a leftover from the infection.
