Error msg. following scan that detected infected files

Hi
Every time I perform a full scan Avast finds 2 infected files. The threat level is HIGH. When I pick an option (anything except DO NOTHING)
I get an error msg: There are no more files. The file names are 1: C:$Recycle.Bin.…|>nsis.hdr Threat: NSIS:Adware-W[Trj]
and 2:C:\Users.…|>nsis.hdr Threat: NSIS:Adware-W[Trj]
How can Avast detect a threat about a file that no longer exists? How do I fix this?
