I select sensitivity of the scanner HIGH, but when i restart the computer is placed in custom. Why?

Well I wouldn’t have moved the setting at all Normal is a good balance between performance and protection.
For it to custom you would have to done something else that essentially changes how/what avast scans. So what other changes have you made ?
I’m also having difficulty in identifying exactly where you are making these changes ?
