Error Running Reports

Hi

I recently moved the Avast Management to a new server by installing the program on the new server and then restoring the SQL database from the old server. Everything is working (updates, new installations) apart from the reports I have setup.

I run a nightly Protection report for all my servers/workstations but since changing to the new server I get the following error;

Status: failed (No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it)

I have looked through all the AMS logs but there is nothing to suggest which target machine this error is referring to.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

After some more testing I found out there was an error with the SMTP settings (they don’t seem to have copied over when I restored the database). Once fixed the reports started working again.

If only the status message had been more informative…
