Error sending email

I’m getting the following error message whenever I attempt to send an email (WIFI connection Using Outlook Express on a gateway 64bit AMD Laptop))

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's e-mail address. The sender's e-mail address was 'bob3160@myISP.net'. Subject 'Fw: Staples® Brand Product Event -- save 50% today!', Account: 'bob3160', Server: 'smtp.myISP.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '530 Authentication required', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 530, Error Number: 0x800CCC78
This only started since we moved to our current location.
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '530 Authentication required'
Check the server need authentication box, see image.

Thanks David. That’s exactly what the problem was.

No problem, the clue was in the error message ;D

In my experience with the ISP I work for, this option has to be ticked off in order for outgoing mail to be sent. It didn’t at one time but now with the company I work for it is necessary.
