Error: "The maximum storage size of your account has been reached"

guys, I got this error mesage a few days ago after I tried to record audio…“Error: The maximum storage size of your account has been reached”…(I already read an old post about this problem)…but I fixed this problem just by deleting old commands…what happen is, a few days after I got this error massage again deleting old commands doesnt solve the problem any more…my question is why the deleting old comands doesnt work the second time I use it? …do I have to enable google drive anyway to solve this storage problem for good??
