This is simply the time and date that the error was recorded.

This is an internal memory location which does not help much.
Internal error has occurred in module ashUInt.dll, function CProcessDlg::ProcessThread).
What I believe happened is you tried to process an entry and Avast could not scan it for some reason and hung up. Have you retried the "task"? The "module" it referrs to is a dynamic link library file within Avast.

Usually, rebooting the computer clears up Internal Errors of this type.
