But after the memory test is finished, avast comes up with a window that says: that program executed a illegal operation and will be finished, then in details appears ASHEBASE . DLL in 018f:64519235. What can I do? ???

Do you use any other antivirus in your computer? Any firewall?
Do you use any software that monitors startup items? (TeaTimer, Ad-watch, PrevX, ProcessGuard)
Which is your operational system? XP?
Something is strange but could be solved…
Try to uninstall, reboot and clean all your temp-files, especially temporary internet files (e.g. by windows disk cleanup) and do a new install…
I would also ask: what is your OS?
Are there any more details in the error window?
