I’ve been getting this on occasion and I think it’s related to not being able to access the account.

I have just logged on from the UI and first it brings up my password entry screen - once entered it has opened my account.
I can recall a slight hiccup a couple of days ago, but I think I was going directly to my.avast.com from my browser not from the UI.
Sorry Bob3160 no problems here. Like DavidR I can access my account through Avast UI without erros. Unlike DavidR, it has never asked me for my user and password ???
It had to be a server problem.
This time it simply opened the User information through the UI.
I don’t have it remember me - I much prefer to complete my own logon, perhaps that is why.
That is another reason I generally go to my.avast account via my browser and I have a password manager function to deal with regular logons.
The error popup appeared first. It wasn’t till I did some further investigating that I notice the problem with opening the Account option.
