ESET virus

ESET Smart Security found a virus on my computer that it cannot delete. It is located at C:\WINDOWS\system32\atmfdp.dll. I have tried to google it and haven’t found anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is my log from HiJackthis.

Thanks.

Hi, there. You may want Official ESET Support Forum.

Do you have avast installed?
Won’t it be able to get support from ESET?

Maybe an on-line scanner could get rid of it… oh, maybe, will be good check this file with www.virustotal.com to see if it really infected.

You are running NOD32. You would seem to be in the wrong place:

http://www.wilderssecurity.com/forumdisplay.php?s=02187e31c187e279092622a1eec6731f&f=88

As you’re here, what you need to do is to run these scans:

VundoFix
SmitFraudFix

SUPERAntiSpyware Free
Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware

When you have finished, scan for out-of-date and insecure software using Secunia Online Software Inspector (OSI) and update any vulnerable software: this will help to prevent future infections.
