EULA ISSUE CONCERN

Hi there Avast! forum.

So i am having a new startup remote desktop business. We are using licensed remote desktop software.
Would it be right to INSTALL remotely a free version of avast Free antivirus as part of our service on securing and optimizing the computers of our individually separate ,clients ?

Let me link some part of the avast EULA where it says :

  1. Permitted use of the solution
You may use the Solution indicated in the Applicable Conditions exclusively:

2.1.2. In the case of all other Solutions, including Avast Free Antivirus, AVG Free Antivirus, CCleaner Free and all other Solutions for which you are not required to pay a subscription fee or other price either to obtain the Solution or to continue using the Solution after a trial period (each, a “Consumer Solution”), by a natural person, or members of his household for personal, noncommercial purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, no Consumer Solution is provided or licensed for use by any: (i) natural person for commercial purposes; or (ii) business, company, government entity, non-governmental organization or other not-for-profit entity, or educational institution.

What do you think ?

Do you think installing remotely on other people’s computer the Avast free software is a breach of the license ?

I’m having a lot of confusion since we would just charge for the service , IT IS NOT JUST ANTIVIRUS INSTALLATION SERVICE. ITS JUST AVAST FREE IS THE BEST ANTIVIRUS WE CAN RECOMMEND FOR USERS AND WE WILL DO THE INSTALLATION AND CONFIG FOR THEM.

Please i am asking for some serious advice cause i want to start my business in the good side of all rules and regulations.

Why not continue this in the topic you have already started https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=290697.msg1638059#msg1638059
