Evangelist can't sign into account!

I have lost the ability to sign into my Evang. account.
Haven’t used a non Evangelist account for sooooo long hope I did this correctly. ::slight_smile:
IF Admin or another Evang. could contact me using this account email address or anyway possible I will explain what has transpired.
I am using this emergency account I established a time back.
Any help would be greatly appreciated . :-[

The account is still active but states that it is awaiting re activation after email change.

Have you done or requested an email change ?
I will PM you, unfortunately in this newbie account you can’t respond.

Can’t reply to PM on schmidthouse8 emergency account. Only email.

Can you sign into your normal account now ?

In the activation email, there should be a link to reactivate the account after the change, is there ?

I’m doing this from memory as it is a very long time since I activated my account.

I was just trying to figure out why I don’t get “Topic Notification” sent to my existing email. It was suggested maybe email wasn’t varified and to change it and then change it back. THats when all s…t hit the fan.
Seems nothing is getting sent to the msn email account. Some internal problem no one has spotted :-[

All it required was for someone to click activate on your account ;D

That was something I was airing on the side of caution as if the email address had changed or been incorrectly applied that would lock the user out as they wouldn’t know the email address and be unable to sign-in.

Although I am still not getting “Notifications” sent to that msn account for any of the topics I have choosen to be “Notified”
I have checked all settings in Profile but this issue still is unresolved and I don’t know how else to facilitate a fix. ??? ???

Well presumably you got an email notification when I sent you a PM (that you had received a PM) ?

If so that would essentially be the same process of emailing a notification.

Unfortunately I never use the Notify feature for topics, so I haven’t experienced this problem. I just use the Show unread posts since last visit and Show new replies to your posts, links at the top of the page when I come back on-line. This I find easier and I don’t get an abundance of emails.

Yes that’s correct David, except the PM came via the schmidthouse8 account email address . The MSN is the address in the Evangelists account. :-\ ;D ;D

OK, I just thought (didn’t check) you would use another msn email account.

I will PM the schmidthouse account and see if you get a notification for that.
