127.0.0.1 is certainly a strange AMS address. Or are these logs taken from avast installed on the AMS itself? (because 127.0.0.1 is the localhost (loopback) address).
I tried pushing an update to this client… on the server it immediatley says access denied. on the client:
2/10/2006 11:28:17 AM SYSTEM 796 AMS conn attempt (127.0.0.1:16111) failed. AMS address locked. (error 0000274D).

2/10/2006 11:28:18 AM SYSTEM 796 CClient::PopupThread - GetConnection failed!
I have a few clients who can’t seem to talk to the AMS even though my ams address is locked to 10.1.19.10
The clients get on our network everyday yet the AMS says last communication a month or more ago.
How can I force these guys to talk to the AMS again?
