I am getting the following error appearing in event viewer at the same time each hour ever since a major Windows 10 update in September.
Error while updating status to SECURITY_PRODUCT_STATE_OFF (error 02000000).
I hasten to add that Avast Free is not actually turned off. Anybody any ideas about how to get rid?
It is reported by many people and isn’t limited to avast users.
Users of other av’s also have that problem.
