I’m sure it’s not my internet connection because they load fine on my phone on my wifi and ipad and on my laptop that doesn’t have Avast. I also noticed when I open Avast, the program itself takes about 5-7 seconds to load until it’s usable and I have a fast PC with very good specs. Is this a known issue? Should I uninstall and reinstall?

But this version 25.6 I believe is the BETA version.
What happens with version 25.5?
It was fine until it updated yesterday and I rebooted after the latest update. Ever since then web pages take so long to load.
No I believe 25.6 has been released, unfortunately as has become the norm - Avast have been very tardy in publishing it in the forum.
I have Avast set for manual program updates, if you check your settings > updates you will see one is available for the program.
I’ve been spamming about this issue (slow page load in Chrome) here for over a month, but no one from the Avast team has communicated.
It’s great that it was released, I’ll wait a while to update mine here. Wait a few more days. 
And no one from the AVAST Team has arrived to publish the release, what has been fixed and what has been added or improved.
