I’m running Avast 11.16 on a Mac, OS 10.11.6.

I tried to save a PDF to Evernote, and Avast said it was infected and moved it to the chest. And it said it again. And again. Even though I deleted it from the chest, everytime Evernote sync’d it said it again. I only stopped getting the message when I quit Evernote.

Any idea what’s up?

does evernote have a cache that need to be clared?
what was the malware name given by avast?
