Every day avast keeps blocking the same ip address.

Every single day, I get a notification saying that an infection has been blocked. I suspect it might have something to do with the AVG toolbar I recently removed. Here is the info of the connection that keeps trying to go through,

Infection: URL:Mal
How can I stop this?
