Every time after I update, these customize settings changed

I change some options (like CyeberCapture, or the actions option under componets) to “ask” or “allow me to decide”

Export the settings and import them after updating.

From your image, you don’t appear to have the action settings at the defaults.

Generally after Ask, would come No Action, logically Ask waits for user input so there wouldn’t be a bypass to the next action whatever you choose.

As an avast user like yourself I can only think that because of these choices Ask, Ask, Ask, that they are being set back to the defaults.

My settings have always remained the same after a program update, be that if I update from the UI or if in install the full program update over the top of the existing installation. But as Eddy suggests, I export my existing settings as a precaution.
