Everytime I start up the computer Windows Firewalls are turned off

I have the Avast Internet Security that you pay for, for the home.
Every time I start my computer, the Windows Firewalls are turned off. The Windows help site says that sometimes two firewalls are incompatible, and the security program you have turns the other one off.
Is Avast turning off my firewalls? If they are not incompatible, how do I keep them turned on?

You only need one firewall.
Choose which one you want to use and disable/remove the other.

Hi!

Point 1: Wise decision.
Point 2: You have more than one Windows firewall?
Windows help site often tells nonsense for nobody needs more than one!!!
Not every security program turns a firewall off! You should be lucky, if yours did.
Point 3: Yes. Why do you want to keep all your firewalls turned on?

2.) The reason I used the plural is because when I go to Windows Firewall With Advanced Security, I have three options:
Domain Profile, Private Profile, and Public Profile. All three have options for turning on the firewall, and all three say it is off.
3. When I was talking to the technician for Avast Total Support, he expressed concern that the Firewall was off, so I assumed it was supposed to be on, and I didn’t know that a firewall came with Avast, also.
-Thank you, everyone, for your answers.-

I see.
