Avast just blocked an Excel macro I use, which deletes a .csv that I export to Desktop.
I have put in many Exceptions over the years, and this is new - I see that this is an App that I need to specify to not block.
The reason I’m bringing this up: The Exceptions window is so small, and now there’s this blocked Apps section . . . Can you make it easier to work with these things?
For example, I may no longer need an Exception, and it would be a lot easier to figure it out, if I could use the full capacity of my computer screen (27"). Instead, you have to work with the tiny window.
I would make the whole Avast program that way. Make that the default, and the tiny window an option that you can check.
Presumably you have a very high resolution (?) 27" monitor and not just 1080P.
I have the reverse a 15.6" 1080P laptop so the default screen resolution is/was set to 133% in Windows10 that makes the avast window quite large. Changing the screen resolution to 100% decreases the avast window size, but then it makes text (and some other elements) size an issue.
So I can only assume you have the windows screen resolution set at 100% also ?
Personally I have been saying for many years that the Avast Windows sizes should be user configurable, but it falls on deaf ears. And now there are 32" hi-resolution 4K monitors, time to catch up with technology for hi-resolution monitors.
You can Submit Feedback right click on the avast tray icon and select About Avast (if you can see any of this
at all).
I didn’t think about resolution, thx!
Specs:

Everything was small, yes - I determined to use this - screenshot of Settings, below

I’ll submit this link in the feedback, thx!
You’re welcome,
That was one of the other issues I got with my laptop set at 133%, when I did a screen capture and then attached it to the forums, it was massive When viewed by anyone using 1080P resolution) as it retains the original pixel ratio of the screen capture.
