I am running Avast free current version on Android 6 on Lenovo P2.
I am seeing memory use of up to 1.8GB, secondary battery use of 35-40% and as secondary effect a heavy slowdown (unlocking of phone takes up to 5s).
Terminating Avast from app settings and reopening it solves the problem for a while.
Any ideas? Thank you.
Hello, I’m sorry to hear about the performance issues. This is very unusual. Can I ask which version you’re on? Are you able to join the beta group, update to version 6.7.1, and see if it’s resolved?
