Excessive Processes...? :(

Hi I posted on here not long ago when I had a virus called VBS:exeDropper-gen
I got rid of it but I plugged a USB into my computer recently and one of these virus’s got detected again! Usb is obviously infected!

Knowing what this was (sort of) I ran MBAM (which detected nothing) and then did a full boot-time scan which detected one trojan and a few corrupt .rar files. I have now noticed that the majority of my processes are taking at least 20,000K…
Is this a bad sign?

I have also noticed about 8 svchost processes… not sure if that means anything?

No, not really. A number of svchost processes is normal, they are part of Windows.

There was one other strange thing that has happened, the avast ‘Web Rep’ things are now all saying ‘this site has no rating’ (not enough votes) even on things like youtube…

Just seems a bit strange
