Exchange MDB will crash after restart

Hi,

Our Exchange 2007 running on Windows 2003 64bit will crash after machine restart.
Here is the screenshot. I have the crash dump too, but I can’t upload it due to the size limit of the forum. Avast is managed by ADNM. Any ideas? Thanks.

i believe so, but I didn’t reboot the exchange server recently. I will probably do it next week.
