Exclusion list not available at startup

Hello,

The issue I encounter is that, when I start or reboot a computer, the exclusion list (and the other settings set through the online administration portal) are not immediately available. Sometimes it takes around 5 minutes to appear in the client and at other times it just doesn’t sync.
During that lapse of time, it is really annoying that the files are constantly scanned. I am working at a video game development studio and some of the program used/developed are detected as threats by Avast, which slows down the work.

Is there any executable I can call at startup that would sync the settings from the portal to the local computers ?

Thank you for your help.

Better than any exclusions is to report possible FPs.
You can report a suspected FP here: https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php

Thank you for your answer. That solution would require a lot of time since the files are modified a lot each day, and we can’t spare any.

The easiest solution is to exclude the directories containing the work files.

But that delay to sync the exclusion lists is annoying and seems like a bug that should be fixed.

Hey Guys,
