in NOD32, when I click on Exclusions, then browse , I see all the files including the hidden OS files which is hidden by default. The thing is, the folder I want is located in the C:\Users\All Users folder so in order to see that, I must turn off the Hide hidden OS files first in the Folder Options, then only can I see it.
I request the Avast! Team to show all files ignoring the OS setting because:
-
It is more convenient for users like me
-
It ought to be the case as the explorer of an AV must see all files perhaps it can show some weird folder which shouldn’t be there
-
a security program should have that IMO, NOD32 does that
