I keep getting an alarm that this virus is infecting me at win\sys32\mqexdlm.srg.
The program cannot process it as delete, move, repair or rename. What to do?

That is part of the ExactSearchBar.
Most simple solution:
Either disable the process that is using the file first, or (if you have a NT based system) run a boot time scan.
