exinjs.n.exe

allthough using avast 4 home edition, I have caught something that manifests itself as exinjs.n.exe leaded by a random number, this trojan horse, virus or worm slows down my computer and my internet connection.
I can turn that process off in system manager but it tends to come back after a little while. No program detects it and it creates several files in my temp folder. please help.
