I opened a ticket regarding my SecureLine VPN for an refund on the 24th of last month, and I’ve yet to receive any sort of reply.
The ticket says to expect one within 5 Business days, and it’s been well over that.
Does avast not have any one working the online support?
Forget the 5 business days.
Currently is more like 10-15 business days.
Because of the screw-ups from avast lately, the support department is overwhelmed with tickets.
