My license expired while the power was out in my area (two wks). The instructions to click on the blue ball, enter new license key, etc. will not work. What do I do?

Can’t you just go here and get new registration key??
If you have a new key, when you copy and paste it into the box, make sure you don’t copy an extra blank space.
