A new exploit could hit boh IE as the new Office:

It is an exploit that was patyched originally, but was re-encountered.
Playing the same old bugs seems fruitful for the malwarwe artists.
It just never gonna stop, according some the new exploit was added to the web attacker toolkit. This could be the reason that MS might consider an earlier patch than Oct. 10th. next.
